Tomatillo are the base for many dishes in Mexican cuisine, which include salsa verde, enchiladas verdes and chilaquiles.      Can be used to prepare stews with chicken or pork. Tomatillos are a bit tangy but not spicy at all. This size is perfect to prepare a small amount of salsa ready for scrambled egg.

Storage: 

Keep in a cool dry place, away from sunlight. Once opened, place in an air tight container and keep refrigerated for up to one week.
